This thing – this COVID-19 – coronavirus – pandemic – has thrown everyone a bit off balance. In some cases, a lot off balance. Nothing is normal and the guidance has been changing literally day to day.

We are witnessing a horrific health crisis, great acts of heroism, economic chaos, shuttered main streets now fighting to reopen, many businesses permanently disappeared, millions unemployed, and the worry in our families, friends, and colleagues. Now this crisis has been compounded by a reckoning across America of the inherent racism that infects our economy, education, justice systems, and healthcare.
