Dr. Tamara Cull is an accomplished health care executive with extensive experience leading people, building teams, and improving and expanding innovative health care programs. She has successfully led organizations during periods of tremendous growth and change and has a passion for transforming healthcare.
Dr. Cull currently serves as Senior Vice President of Aveus, a division of Medecision. Prior to this role at Medecision, Dr. Cull served as National Director of Population Health for Catholic Health Initiatives with leadership responsibility for Value Based Programs and Operations. Dr. Cull also serves as Adjunct Faculty for the MHA program for the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith teaching Health Policy and Organizational Behavior courses and as a Content Expert/Adjunct Faculty in population health for the MHA program at Northcentral University.
Dr. Cull holds a Doctorate Degree in Health Administration from Medical University of South Carolina and Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Social Work. Dr. Cull’s dissertation focused on the effectiveness of bundled payment care models. She is a recognized national speaker on Population Health. Dr. Cull’s passions are health care innovation and transformation, care redesign, change management, and value-based care models.
When not a work you will find Tamara spending time with her family and friends, enjoying one of the beautiful lakes of Arkansas, or helping challenge up and coming health care leaders in her role as adjunct faculty member for two MHA university programs.
