Suzanne Larimer has a 25 year track record of understanding how to create synergy and efficiency in operational and fiscal processes. She started her career with Andersen Consulting in Detroit where she honed her skills in just-in-time manufacturing, process management, product cost analysis and quality management. Suzanne’s clients benefitted from her ability to apply redesign of manufacturing methods and quality practices, recovering millions of dollars in expenses and improving production cost efficiency. She held positions of increasing responsibility at The Northridge Group and Ameritech/SBC Corporation in the Chicago area, rising to Regional Vice President. Call on Suzanne for expertise in call center management, IT development and production, not-for-profit, telecommunications, cross-functional integration, engineering process and project management, in both domestic and international markets. Suzanne’s mastery of process and efficiency comes from her education in business and engineering, having earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. When she is not considering how to improve best practices, Suzanne enjoys bicycling and volunteering, and she has spreading her wisdom as a GED tutor and part-time faculty member at University of Phoenix, Chicago campus.
