Nancy Norman leverages her supply chain & finance perspectives.
Nancy Norman is stubborn about our belief that it’s not what customers will accept, but what they value (and pay you for) that matters most. Where others see processes and operations built incrementally over time, Nancy sees speed, predictability, flexibility and how to leverage people and processes to create profitable growth in alignment with what customers value.
We love Nancy’s ease and curiosity when untangling an unwieldy process or customer journey. Nancy has contributed to problems solved with leaders at Hudson Hospital, Prime Therapeutics, Crowe Horwath, Lifetouch and YMCA Minneapolis/St. Paul.
Nancy came to Aveus with supply chain management and finance leadership experience from healthcare, medical device manufacturing, airline transportation and banking. Nancy held leadership positions with Wells Fargo, Northwest Airlines, Regions Hospital, Accellent and American Medical Systems. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree, a Master’s degree in Library Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English – all from the University of Minnesota. Her certifications include CFPIM [APICS], CMA and CIA. She is past president of the Twin Cities APICS Chapter. Yes, that’s a lot of initials.
Based in the Twin Cities, Nancy teaches for Metropolitan State University and Moorhead State University. To round out her days, she also loves to read, garden, snorkel and kayak. In exchange for golfing with her husband, he takes her ballroom and swing dancing.
